The Securities Commission Board decided, in its session held on 31/8/2023, to suspend the shares of a group of listed joint-stock companies from trading in at Iraq Stock Exchange until they fulfill the disclosure requirements:

1. Suspension the trading of company shares in the regular and the second market: (Ashur International Bank / United Investment Bank / Al Hilal Industrial Estate / National Chemical and Plastic Industries / Tourist City in Mosul Dam) and the companies (Kurdistan International Islamic Bank / Al Rajeh Islamic Bank) are still suspended from trading.

2. The continued suspension of the company's shares from trading in the regular and second markets and their remaining on the undisclosed companies’ platform: (Babylon Bank / Electronic Industries / Modern Construction Materials Industry / Iraqi Land Transport / Al-Badia Public Transport / Palestine Hotel / Al-Sadir Hotel / Al-Batak Financial Investment / Al-Khair Financial Investment). and the companies (Northern Bank/Iraqi Oil Products Transport Company) are still suspended from trading.For more information Click here
