On 9/13/2017 the Companies Registration Department approved the decisions of the General Assembly of the company held on 4/1/2017, except for the paragraph (fourth) and until the reserve account is approved by the Federal Office of Financial Supervision and the paragraph (sixth) for violating Article (102) of the law.
