Disclosure – Iraqi Islamic Bank

The Companies Registration Department approved the completion of procedures for increasing the capital of Iraqi Islamic Bank from 292,500,000,000 IQD to 327,600,000,000 IQD, based on the minutes of the General Assembly meeting and the official approvals.
