Invitation to the General Assembly Meeting

Modern Sewing, a publicly listed joint-stock company on Iraq Stock Exchange,

cordially invites its shareholders to attend the General Assembly Meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 24/9/2025, at 10:00 AM,

at the company headquarters located in Waziriyah / Industrial Zone.

In the event that the legal quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Wednesday, 1/10/2025,

at the same time and location.
