The College of Science Organizes a Seminar on Women’s Leadership with the Participation of the Iraqi National Women’s Team

The College of Science at Al-Mustansiriyah University, in cooperation with the Iraqi National Women’s Team and ANANA Media Agency, organized a specialized seminar on women’s leadership in business, attended by the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Women’s Affairs and the Head of the Iraqi National Women’s Team.

The seminar was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Mithaq Talib Kati, along with several members of the National Team. The event included a review of successful pioneering experiences by women, as well as discussions on the most prominent challenges women face in the labor market, in addition to presenting visions and proposals to support their economic participation.

Mrs. Hanan Fares Ali, Head of the Rights Division representing Iraq Securities Commission, also attended the event. At the conclusion of the seminar, the National Team was honored with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of their distinguished presence and engagement.

This event comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance women’s empowerment and expand their role in economic and societal development.
