The request of extend the submission of its final accounts

Iraq Securities Commission approved the request of Fallujah Company for Construction Materials Production to extend the submission of its final accounts for the fiscal year 2025 for a period of one year.

We also hope that the company will continue coordinating with the Federal Board of Supreme Audit to complete the auditing procedures and issue the financial statements in their final form.
