Iraq Securities Authority announced the publication of its annual report, which provides a comprehensive overview of its key activities and achievements during the year, in addition to performance indicators in the Iraq Stock Exchange and developments witnessed in the securities sector. The report addresses the main regulatory and supervisory measures taken by the Authority, as well as its efforts to develop the investment environment and promote the principles of disclosure and transparency, contributing to the protection of investors’ rights and supporting market stability.

In this context, the Chairman of the Authority stated that the issuance of the annual report comes as part of the Authority’s commitment to transparency and disclosure, and its keenness to inform the public and investors of its overall activities and achievements, thereby enhancing confidence in the Iraq Stock Exchange and aligning with international best practices in this field. He added that the Authority continues to implement its strategies to develop the financial market, improve its efficiency, and attract further investments to serve the national economy.
