Asia cell announced the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 150% of the company's paid-up capital

Asia cell Communications announced the commencement of cash dividend distributions to shareholders at a rate of 150% of the company's capital, equivalent to IQD 1.5 per share, pursuant to the resolution adopted by the General Assembly during its meeting held to discuss the final accounts for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2025.

The company stated that the dividend payments will be made through the branches of the National Bank of Iraq, with shareholders also having the option to transfer their entitlements to brokerage firms in accordance with the approved procedures.
