Transfer of trading to the Non-Disclosing Companies Platform

The Securities has approved the transfer of trading in the shares of the Iraqi Company for Carton Manufacturing Trading and Related Supplies and Al-Sadeer Hotel to the Non-Disclosing Companies Platform due to the two companies' failure to comply with the approved disclosure requirements in accordance with the regulations and applicable regulatory procedures in the market.
