Decisions of the Board of Commissioners in the sixth session at 7/7/2026

Based on the decision adopted by the Board at its sixth session held on 7 July 2026, trading in the shares of the following listed companies has been suspended due to their failure to comply with the financial disclosure requirements and to submit their first-quarter 2026 financial statements:

1. Ashur International Bank
2. National Islamic Bank
3. Ishtar Hotels Company
4. Al Hamraa Insurance Company
5. Gulf Insurance Company

The Commission confirmed that the trading suspension will remain in effect until the companies fulfill the required disclosure obligations, submit the outstanding financial statements, and settle the applicable fines, in preparation for the resumption of trading in their shares in accordance with ISC applicable rules and regulations.
