Iraqi Securities Commission participated in the tree-planting campaign at Al-Ummah Park as part of Earth Day activities

Iraqi Securities Commission participated in the reforestation campaign activities organized by the Iraqi Women’s National Team, under the patronage of the Advisor to the Prime Minister for Women’s Affairs, Dr. Shahbaa Al-Azzawi, and in cooperation with the Baghdad Municipality / Rusafa Directorate, as part of Earth Day celebrations.

The campaign, held at Al-Ummah Park, included reforestation and the replanting of trees and shrubs, aiming to support the sustainability of vegetation cover in the city of Baghdad and to promote environmental awareness based on scientific principles.

The Commission was represented at the event by Ms. Hanan Fares Ali, Head of the Women’s Rights and Community Development Division and member of the Iraqi Women’s National Team, reaffirming the Commission’s role in supporting community and environmental initiatives and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
